RFOX VALT Apartments are a collection of customizable, AI-enabled VR spaces.

There are four types of Apartments in the collection: Studio, Standard, Penthouse, and the extremely limited Sky Apartments. Use your voice to interact with AI integrations to personalize your space with AI-generated art, create content, collaborate with your friends, ask your personal AI assistant questions to learn about a wide range of topics and much more. There will be a total of 10000 Apartments.

There are four types of Apartments in the collection: Studio (5000/10000), Standard (3700/10000), Penthouse (1200/10000), and the extremely limited Sky Apartments (100/10000). Each Apartment also has a quarter trait which defines where it will be located in the 4 quarters of the RFOX VALT. The rarity of the Apartment also determines the area size and feature set of the Apartment.

The Apartments are on the Ethereum blockchain, specifically using the ERC721A token standard.

The final reveal of your Apartment Chest will be by the end of Q1 2023. However, while you are waiting for the final reveal, we will reveal what quarter your Chest is from along the way.

The difference between Apartments and Districts lies in their features and usage. Apartments are personal spaces that are limited in size and serve as anchors for social and community experiences. They can also be used as creator studios by utilizing the AI tools to customize the space, create content, interact with AI assistants and more. Districts are commercial venues that are intended to generate revenue through the selling of digital, physical and phygital assets and have no restrictions in size and how they can be utilized. This ranges from retail spaces or virtual community headquarters to whole worlds with several protals to other places from within. They are equipped with all features that Apartments support as well as exclusive tools for selling and advertising, physically represented as standalone buildings, and will offer marketing capabilities through in-VALT advertisements. The total supply of Districts is 120 whereas the total supply of Apartments is 10000.

Your personal space allows you full creative freedom, as long as the content you display or grant access to complies with RFOX VALT's terms and conditions.

Yes, you can set your Apartment to private, which will only allow people you invite in.

Apartments are limited in size and area based on their rarity ranging from small for Studio Apartments to extra large for Sky Apartments.

Yes. The blueprints of each Apartment will be shared along the first version of the VALT Unity SDK for Apartments.

Ownership of an Apartment NFT grants you governance rights, giving you a seat at the table when it comes to decisions about the design and development of the RFOX VALT.

Your NFT might not reveal automatically, so you might need to refresh your metadata on OpenSea. To do that, you need to click the "Refresh metadata" button in the menu next to your NFT on OpenSea. Note that refreshing the metadata is a feature open to all OpenSea users, so you might see that your NFT is already revealed. Yes. By owning an Apartment, you own the digital art or image attached to the Apartment in its full form whether 2D or 3D (Art). This means that you own the full intellectual property rights to the Art, which entitles you to either use the Art for personal or commercial benefits.

The rarity of the Apartment determines the area size and the feature set of the Apartment. All apartments come with basic features, but the higher-tier ones have exclusive bonus features.

There will be 4,400 Apartments allocated for KOGs holders to claim. Each claimed Apartment will receive a 1:1 CitiXen airdrop.

There will be a designated KOGs claim period, which will start right after the public sale event for Apartments. This KOGs claim period will run for 7 days. Apartment NFTs that are not claimed during the process will be distributed to the community via competitions and giveaways.
